How to Order

Creating your personalized sweatshirt is easy! Please follow the steps below to make sure we have everything needed to create your custom design.

1. Add Your Personalization

Before completing your purchase, please enter all personalization details in the Personalization Box.

Example: Thread Color: Black, Sleeve Name: Valentina, Icon Under Sleeve Name: Heart, (Optional — choose from: Heart, Bow, or Memory Wing)

Helpful Tip: Please double-check spelling, capitalization, and personalization details before placing your order. Your embroidery will be created exactly according to the information provided.

2. Send Us Your Photo

After placing your order, please email your photo(s) to:

hello@cozybabyboutique.com

Please use the subject line:

Custom Order – [Your Order Number]

You are welcome to send more than one photo. In fact, we recommend sending a few options when possible! Our embroidery team will select the photo that is most suitable for creating your custom design.

Photo Tip: Clear, well-lit photos with the subject's face visible work best. Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily filtered images whenever possible.

3. Approve Your Embroidery Proof

Once we receive your personalization details and photo, our team will create a digital embroidery proof and email it to you within 24 hours.

Please review your proof carefully and approve it before stitching begins.

⚠️ Important: Production will begin after your embroidery proof is approved, so please keep an eye on your email (including your spam/junk folder).
