How to Order
1. Choose your garment
Select your style (hoodie or sweatshirt) and size at www.cozybabyboutique.com.
2. Add your personalization
At checkout, include the following details in the “Special Instructions” box:
Occupation/Title (e.g. RN, CNA, Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant)
Thread color (see our color chart)
Names for sleeves (optional)
Instagram username if you’d like us to tag you
Example:

3. We’ll do the rest!
