How to Order Your Custom Embroidered Sweatshirt

Personalizing your cozy sweatshirt is easy! Just follow these steps to ensure your custom details are captured perfectly.

Step 1: Add Personalization Details
Before completing your order, enter all personalization info in the Personalization box on the product page. Include: Thread Color (see chart), Sleeve Personalization name, Icon options: Paw, Memory Paw, or heart. (Optional)

1. Thread Color: Navy Blue

2. Sleeve Personalization: Milo (right), Icon: Paw (left)

Step 2: Submit Your Photo
After placing your order, email your photo to hello@cozybabyboutique.com with the subject line: “Custom Order – [Your Order Number]”. You can send multiple photos for our team to select the best one for your embroidery.

Step 3: Approve Your Design
Within 24 hours of receiving your details, you’ll get a digital embroidery proof via email. Approve the design, and we’ll begin stitching your custom sweatshirt.
