How to Order Your Custom Embroidered Sweatshirt

Step 1: Add Personalization Details
Before completing your order, enter all personalization info in the “Personalization” box on the product page. Include:

Thread Color – e.g., Navy Blue, Red, White

Sleeve Personalization

Text – e.g., “Milo”

Icon (optional) – Paw, Memory Paw, or Heart

Example:

Step 2: Submit Your Photo
After placing your order, email your photo to hello@cozybabyboutique.com with the subject line: “Custom Order – [Your Order Number]”. You can send multiple photos for our team to select the best one for your embroidery.

Step 3: Approve Your Design
Within 24 hours of receiving your details, you’ll get a digital embroidery proof via email. Approve the design, and we’ll begin stitching your custom sweatshirt.
